Student Conduct
The student agrees to:
1. Be on time and prepared for class
2. To be fully present during class (no multitasking)
3. To notify Studio or Instructor if you will be absent
4. To make up any work missed due to the absence
Students of Montage Online/Michigan Actors Studio are expected to act responsibly and to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the learning process. A climate of mutual respect and courtesy should exist between the instructor and fellow students.
We commit to fostering an environment where every participant feels supported and encouraged to be themselves and to grow personally and artistically. It is this spirit of openness, empathy, gratitude and non-judgement that allows our unique community to expand and thrive. We encourage everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment.
Discrimination, harassment (including digital communications and social media), offensive or disruptive conduct against any person, student or staff member on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identification, gender expression, age, disability, or national/ethnic origin will be granted zero tolerance and will be grounds for immediate dismissal from the studio.
By proceeding with your registration you agree to abide by the Student Code of Conduct.
Payment & Cancellation Policy for Online Classes
I understand and agree that I am contracting for the full price of the class regardless of how many classes I choose to attend.
For online classes, cancellations are accepted and account credit issued up to 5 (five) business days before class begins*. A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed. Account credit must be used within 6 months of issue and can be transferred to another student if requested.
No refunds will be issued for online classes.
I understand that there is no account credit issued if I cancel later than 5 (five) business days and/or once class begins though exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
Payment online is by credit/debit card only.
If I have a balance owing I understand that it is due the first day of class unless an alternate arrangement has been made in advance**

Participant Waiver
In consideration of my participation in this activity, I hereby release and discharge Montage/Michigan Actors Studio LLC, and its representatives, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability arising from accident, injury, and illness that I (he/she) may suffer as a result of my participation in this class. I also will follow the rules and regulations set by the Michigan Actors Studio and the above-named parties.
Photo Waiver
I do hereby grant and give these groups the right to use my photograph or image (including video) with or without my name, both singly and in conjunction with other persons or objects for the purposes of educational presentations, advertising, publicity, and promotion relating thereto.
By proceeding with your registration you agree to the Waivers and Refund Policy
